Open the SolisCloud account for the system
Use the account that owns or manages the inverter at this home. If the installer created it, ask them to confirm that your account can see the plant.

Check the right plant and inverter are visible in SolisCloud before connecting a supported system.
Solis connection work is in progress. These checks help confirm your system is ready; they do not start an Aveum connection.
Use the account that owns or manages the inverter at this home. If the installer created it, ask them to confirm that your account can see the plant.
Confirm the plant appears online and has recent generation or battery readings. If readings are stale, resolve that in SolisCloud before using another service.
If the account contains multiple properties, note the plant name, site address and inverter serial number for the home you mean to connect.
Some services use a SolisCloud sign-in and approval screen; others request API credentials. These are separate routes. Aveum has not yet confirmed which route will be available for your system, so do not start either flow on Aveum’s behalf.
If Solis has granted your account API access, SolisCloud may show an API Management area where a Key ID and Key Secret can be issued. Access can depend on your account and provider approval. Do not request or create credentials solely to prepare for Aveum.
If another service already connects to SolisCloud or uses its API, leave that working setup in place. Record which plant and service are involved before making changes, and never share a Key Secret in screenshots or regular support messages.
A setup can pass through several checks. One successful step does not automatically confirm every other part.
Check that you signed in with the account that owns or manages the installation. If an installer set it up, ask them to confirm the plant has been shared with your account.
Check the data logger’s network connection and the inverter’s status in SolisCloud. Resolve stale readings with the installer or Solis support before treating another connection as active.
Use the site address, plant name and inverter serial to identify the correct property. Do not choose a plant based only on a similar name.
API access may depend on account permissions or provider approval. Aveum does not currently require you to enable it; do not create credentials in anticipation of a connection.
The registry currently shows Integration in progress. The guide is preparation only; Aveum has not opened a general Solis sign-in or API connection flow.
There is no Aveum setup choice to make yet. Keep your existing SolisCloud setup in place and follow the connection method Aveum publishes when this integration is ready.
They are API credentials created in SolisCloud when API access is enabled for an account. A Key Secret should be treated like a password. Aveum does not currently ask you to provide either value.
Your account may not have the required access or approval. Ask the account owner or installer to check permissions, or contact Solis through its normal support route. This does not prevent you from using SolisCloud itself.
No. Account access, selecting the correct plant, receiving recent readings and enabling any supported feature are separate checks.
No. Monitoring access does not automatically provide control. Any future feature would depend on the verified model, permissions and the capability Aveum explicitly makes available.
