Use the account that registered the charger
Sign in to the myenergi account where your Zappi was first registered. Shared or secondary accounts may not show every product setting.
Locate the registered gateway and confirm which myenergi account contains your Zappi.
Zappi is in early access. You can check the account and gateway now, but only use a secure Aveum setup route if one is provided to you.
Sign in to the myenergi account where your Zappi was first registered. Shared or secondary accounts may not show every product setting.
In Products, locate the Gateway Product associated with the home. This may be a separate hub or a connected myenergi device acting as the gateway.
Record the serial number shown for the gateway and confirm it belongs to the right property. Do not substitute the charger’s local PIN or an unrelated device serial.
If a secure Aveum invitation specifically requests a myenergi key, open Advanced beside the correct Gateway Product, choose Generate new API key and confirm. Copy it as soon as it appears; it may only be shown once. Creating a new key can replace the old one and affect other connected services. Aveum has not opened general Zappi account linking, so do not do this just to prepare.
A setup can pass through several checks. One successful step does not automatically confirm every other part.
Check that you are signed in to the account that registered the myenergi products. A shared account may have limited access; the account owner or installer may need to help.
Use the serial shown for the Gateway Product. It may be a separate hub or a connected myenergi device acting as the gateway; it is not necessarily the serial on the Zappi itself.
Match the gateway and Zappi to the right home before proceeding. If the account does not make the relationship clear, ask the account owner or installer to confirm it.
Check first that the Zappi and gateway are online in the myenergi app. During early access, report the issue through the Aveum support route without sending credentials.
Only do so if your secure Aveum early-access instructions explicitly ask for it. Aveum has not opened general Zappi account linking.
No. The local PIN is for access on the charger. An API key is an account credential associated with the myenergi gateway.
Confirm that you are in Products on the account that registered the devices. A secondary or shared account may not have the same permissions. If an installer created the setup, ask them or the account owner to check it with you.
It may only be displayed when it is generated. If your secure Aveum setup requests a key, copy it into that flow straight away and store it safely. Do not put it into email, chat or a screenshot.
Yes. Replacing a key can invalidate the old one, which may interrupt another service using it. Check before regenerating and update any affected service securely.
No. Availability can depend on model, account, region and the route used. Check the current compatibility details and the instructions for your invitation.
